Nowadays, there is an increasing emphasis on innovation. Manufacturers are forced to constantly improve their products. Innovations take place also in aviation. Not only manufacturers but also consumers of aviation products and services accentuate the highest possible efficiency of products, both economically and ecologically. This paper provides a theoretical insight into the possible future of aviation by the development of a new type of aircraft propeller. The first part of this paper provides theoretical knowledge of propellers and lift. The second part consist of theoretical design of propeller powered by compressed air from external source. The model of such propeller is created in 3D CAD software. Very last part of this paper is the construction of such model by using a 3D printer to create the components of propeller, joining its parts into one prototype. The last part also contains the results of testing and provides ideas for further improvement.en_US
