The aim of the article is to familiarize the public with the content of the standard included in the Geometrical Product Specification (GPS) system. The changes in the area of default settings concern the introduction of new rules for acceptance of tolerance. The rules determine how the tolerance limits are applied to the measured values of the parameters.
