With a chronological sequence and a clear summary of all important facts, this paper offers a comprehensive view of the origin of the whole situation, the subsequent development and includes all consequences of these accidents. Despite the great amounts of information published, it favors facts and scientifically based information, thus contributing to the creation of a factual and objective opinion. The result is a complex view and evaluation of the situation with respect to the conditions in the aviation industry.
