Abstract
The article highlights the potential of process improvement in process
management, it is specifically focused on analysis of the possibility of evaluating and
measuring process performance in an enterprise. In the second part of the article the most
discussed indicator is an labor productivity indicator that can be considered in terms of
country comparisons for a certain performance factor related to work processes from a global
perspective.
