Štúdia laserového zvárania medených zliatin s dôrazom na kvalitu spoja
(University of Žilina, 2025) Kantoríková, Elena
The article deals with the issue of laser welding of copper alloys and the analysis of the properties of the welded joint. The study compared selected technological parameters of the process, the procedure for creating the welded joint, and evaluated the technological properties of the welded material. The aim of the work is to contribute to a more effective setting of laser welding parameters and to improve the quality of the resulting welds of copper alloys.
Prídavky pre zápustkové výkovky
(University of Žilina, 2025) Melo, Borislav
The presented article focuses on the issue of determining allowances for semi-finished products manufactured by drop forging technology. The advantages of this method of manufacturing semi-finished products and its shortcomings are pointed out. The relations for determining allowances for this type of semi-finished product are published. The text is supplemented with diagrams of the layers of allowances on the surface of the parts.
Modernization of company to digital processes by implementing a new data approach for industrial operations
(University of Žilina, 2025) Biňasová, Vladimíra; Mičieta, Branislav; Kasajová, Marta; Zuzik, Ján
This paper focuses on the critical role of data as a key asset in the modern enterprise. The proposed approach involves the creation of an integrated data architecture that enables the collection, processing, analysis
and visualization of real-time data from various industrial sources (e.g. IoT sensors, manufacturing systems, ERP). A key aspect is the application of advanced analytical methods, including machine learning, for predictive
maintenance, quality optimization and energy consumption management.
Additive manufacturing technology
(University of Žilina, 2025) Domaniková, Ivana; Blatnický, Miroslav; Dižo, Ján; Slušňák, Patrik
The article presents an informative overview on the challenges of additive manufacturing technologies. It highlights various methods and their practical applications. Additive manufacturing offers an innovative approach to producing a wide range of objects by depositing material layer by layer according to a digital model. The article describes the fundamental operating principles, commonly used materials, and key areas in which additive manufacturing is implemented. We will describe the benefits of using this manufacturing method, including product customization, reduced material waste, and shorter production times. Our aim is to acquaint the reader with the technology of additive manufacturing and the principles underlying its operation.
