Abstract

This article focuses on acquainting the reader with the issue of heavy maintenance planning. The article is based on the paper, in which the issue is described in detail the work is focused on the design and implementation of a maintenance planning module for Austrian Airlines Technik - Bratislava. The beginning of the work acquaints the reader with the current state in the organization and describes the basic concepts and documents for understanding the issue it further analyzes the input data needed to design the module. The core of the work describes the design of the module. However, the design of the module is insufficient for evaluation and therefore the module is partially implemented in real operation. After implementation comes monitoring and optimization of anomalies that were detected during monitoring. After optimization, there is a part where it is possible to evaluate what benefits the module will bring to the organization.
