dc.description.abstract | The introductory part deals with the design and technologies used in HUD systems and their history of introduction into the aviation industry. Furthermore, the work deals with the implementation of transparent displays in civil transport aircraft and the benefits of their use with respect to the human factor of the crew in low visibility operations. After the part devoted to airliners, there is a chapter describing the possibilities and technical solutions for the installation and use of HUD technology in general aviation aircraft. The final points then point out the advantages and disadvantages of installing this technology in aircraft. | en_US |
