It characterizes the legislative conditions in the Slovak Republic and the European Union and the areas of use of unmanned aerial vehicles. The main objective of the work is to analyze current trends that may affect the development of unmanned aircraft in civil aviation. The work also includes innovations in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles that could be implemented in the future. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis summarizes the results of the current analysis and predicting the future development of UAVs.Item Impact of COVID-19 pandemic on pilot training(University of Žilina, 2022) Butuk, Yosef; Škvareková, IvetaThe COVID-19 pandemic had a negative impact on all areas of human development. The air transport industry has been forced to adopt virtually all of its activities to meet rapidly changing travel regulations and requirements. The main goal of this paper was to identify the impact of the pandemic on pilot training. For this purpose, an analysis of many aspects were carried out, such as, for example, the impact of the pandemic and related restrictions on the psychological state, physical health, and the very quality of education in these difficult times. The paper also contains information about the pandemic's impact on aviation in general and active pilots, and about how the pandemic affected them.
