The knowledge economy is very important for growing economies. Countries which are rich of raw material resources yet don't need to be countries which are part of developed countries. This might be caused by not supporting the ideas of innovations, education, or research and development. This means that customers are willing to travel longer distances to larger business centres with higher attractiveness. This is also the case for postal offices. Because postal operators are trying to maintain their customers, they also have to respond to these criteria that determine the attractiveness of the device providing of the required postal services. However, the attractiveness of the device can be perceived differently by customers. Therefore, the aim of the article is to find out these attractiveness criteria for individual post office customers, which in the future can help in selecting sites for the next postcreation or revocation of an existing mail.Item Municipal Transport - Infrastructure(University of Zilina, 2016) Rybicka, Iwona; Droździel, Paweł; Caban, Jacek; Madleňák, RadovanOne of the most important problems that we face in Poland, is a low degree of safety connected with municipal transport infrastructure.
