It analyses elements of the communication process, defines individual barriers in managerial communication and points out their subsequent overcoming. As a part of secondary research, we compared internal communication tools and communication channels in several companies in Slovakia and abroad. There is a lot of room for improvement which confirms also the newest study of Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik e.V. (BME).
