Information and communication technologies and the field of intellectual property
are very closely related. In the environment of competitive struggle, globalization of the
economy and rapid technological development, the intellectual property protection is one of the
most important issues. E-commerce and the Internet business have raised a number of questions
about ways to protect information and communication technologies. In the article they will be
