Analýza súčasných a možnosti aplikácie nových postupov prediktívnej údržby
(University of Žilina, 2025) Milac, David; Rostáš, Ján
This article deals with the analysis of current predictive maintenance procedures and possibilities of applying its new procedures in aviation. The article examines the currently used strategies as well as their legislative frameworks and then delves deeper into predictive maintenance strategies. The aim of this article is to analyse the current state of predictive maintenance, highlight the causes of problems with its implementation in practice and to explore the future of this maintenance strategy from technical as well as legislative perspective and finally the trends that will adjust it. On the basis of study of technical articles, legislative regulations and various documents, conclusion have been reached that conclude that predictive maintenance in aviation is undoubtedly a major step forward in the field of aircraft maintenance and preservation of their airworthiness. However, the true potential of predictive maintenance remains, due to existing barriers, a question of the future technological and legislative developments in aviation and aircraft maintenance.

    Návrh riešenia riadenia skupiny UAV
(University of Žilina, 2024) Gúcky, Jozef; Bugaj, Martin
This thesis addresses the challenges and solutions to the management of groups of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Using a comparative analysis approach, the research evaluates UAV group management methods in terms of their effectiveness under various criteria. The findings suggest that swarm algorithms, inspired by the collective behavior of natural systems, offer a better approach to achieve decentralized, adaptive, and scalable control of UAV groups. This thesis contributes to this field by providing a comprehensive analysis of UAV group management strategies and demonstrating the benefits of swarm algorithms across a variety of criteria. This research has implications for enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of UAVs in applications such as search and rescue, environmental monitoring, etc.

Sú súčasné chatboty využívané poštovými operátormi poskytujúcimi univerzálnu službu v rámci EÚ postačujúce?
(University of Zilina, 2021) Koncová, Dominika; Kremeňová, Iveta
The article presents the testing of search engines and chatbots of postal operators of the universal postal service within the European Union for the ability to search for key phrases consisting of text. Based on the analysis, it was found that search engines as well as chatbots were in many cases insufficiently designed and would need to be upgraded.
