Návrh monitorovacieho zariadenia pomocou platformy arduino
(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline, 2020) Boroš, Martin; Lettrich, Erik
Car monitoring is a used way of saving company funds intended for the operation of the company's vehicle fleet, as it is possible to monitor the speed and driving position of a company car through it. There are several companies on the market providing vehicle monitoring for a flat fee. In this case, the device is still the property of a third party. As part of the scientific research activities of the Department of Safety Management, the Faculty of Safety Engineering and within the grant call of the University of Žilina, we decided to create a proposal for our own monitoring equipment. We used the Arduino platform and its components for the design itself. We implemented the design on a theoretical as well as a practical level. The theoretical level consisted in creating a graphic design of the connection and the practical level was realized by the actual connection of the system.

NÁVRH IMPLEMENTÁCIE SENZOROV SYSTÉMU ARDUINO V MODELI DEMONŠTRAČNÉHO VETERNÉHO TUNELA
(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline, 2020) Rilko, Dávid; Pecho, Pavol
The intention of the paper is to acquaint the reader with the basics of aerodynamics and to clarify the theory of wind tunnels, their division, construction, functionality and today´s use. The work also documents the construction proces of a wind tunnel, which took place on Žilina Airport with cooperation with employees of the Department of Air Transport and its students. The work captures the process of tunnel design until its completion. The main point is the design of the wind tunnel measuring system. The work thoroughly explains the procedure for designing, connecting, programming and calibrating measuring elements and creating an overall system for measuring data for a closer understanding of aerodynamic events. The conclusion of the work is a comparison of the measuring system used in construction and the systems used in world research centres from a technical as well as an economical point of view.
