dc.description.abstract	We analyze the mobile app functionality of national postal services providers. We have selected four countries from around the world for a spectacular survey of mobile applications. Using comparison method, we compared selected mobile applications functionality in different countries. The aim of the paper is to evaluate the current state of the mobile application of Slovak Post and design a new application.	en_US
