    Analýza využívania UAVS ako dočasných zariadení

    Drones are tools that have been used over time with different applications, which is why a division was made between the applications of a drone based on the frequency of their use. In this thesis, the specific and limited-use applications that a UAV can carry out were written about. Which means that the drone was considered as a temporary device. This was done with the objective of observing the advantages of its use compared to different alternatives in the implementation in the same application and making recommendations for its correct implementation. For the analysis, four different applications were considered, including: infrastructure monitoring, security and rescue, terrain mapping, and photography and videography, within each application, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) were compared to their conventional counterparts (listed on the pages 34-41), thus making it possible to identify the advantages that unmanned aerial vehicles have over the other alternatives. It was found that drones have the following main advantages: access to difficult or high-risk areas, speed in executing the application, and high precision when collecting information.

    Wing platforms of supersonic aircraft

    Goal of the paper is to describe various wing designs used in supersonic aircraft and their impact on lift, drag and stability with emphasis on high speed civil transport. Paper describes transonic and supersonic region, where formation of shockwaves is prevalent, and air behaves differently from subsonic region. The paper then describes different wing configurations and planforms affect the formation of lift and drag with emphasis on straight wing, swept wing and delta wing planfroms. It also provides insight into the history and the present research of supersonic flight with emphasis on civil transport.

    Evaluation of Slovak manufactured aircraft suitable for pilot training in flight training organization

    Aeroplanes described in this paper are designed for sporting and recreational purposes, but also meet the requirements for training purposes of pilots. Paper is focused on detailed characterization and technical specification of individual aeroplane, their usability, safety, and economy. The contribution of the title is to create a methodology for selecting aeroplanes suitable for training purposes in a particular training organization, and subsequently applying the procedure to the one of the aeroplanes.

    PREVÁDZKOVÉ POSÚDENIE LIETADIEL PILATUS PC-12 A BEECHCRAFT B-200 KING AIR

    The choice of topic and the beginning of its elaboration reflects the economic situation in Europe before the outbreak of the global pandemic of the COV-19 virus. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the positive development trend in the field of commercial aviation in connection with the use of rapid relocation of executives between companies, which leads to increase their efficient use of working time. For these purposes, we have selected the Pilatus PC-12 and Beechcraft King Air B-200GT (B-250), which are considered the most successful aircraft in this category. We assessed these aircraft not only from an operational but also from an economic point of view in connection with corporate aviation. The work is based on data given in the operating manuals of individual aircraft, professional articles and statistical data.
