It is not enough to evaluate only the financial performance of the company, but it is necessary to use a more sophisticated system. The aim of the paper is to propose a system of performance evaluation of a selected company based on the segmentation of customers according to their value for the company and the proposed CRM strategy.Item ANALÝZA TRHU PRÁCE SR V KONTEXTE AGE MANAGEMENTU A PREDPOKLADY JEHO ĎALŠIEHO VÝVOJA(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline, 2019) Štalmachová, Katarína; Strenitzerová, MarianaThe article deals with the analysis of selected statistical indicators of the labour market, namely the employment rate of the 55+ age group and the number of working-age workers in the Slovak Republic. The aging population and labour shortages in the labour market force employers to address the diversity of the age structure of their current as well as potential employees. A properly designed age management system can give organizations a competitive advantage in times of labour shortage. In addition to reducing the financial cost of absenteeism and employee turnover, it will also contribute to increasing employee motivation and performance and improving the overall functioning of processes within the organization. There are various needs, requests customer behavior taken into consideration as well as their contribution and lifetime added value for the company. The first part of paper is founded on the current CRM analysis in the particular service company and suggest the new segmentation of customers by their customer lifetime value.Item ANALÝZA TRHU PRÁCE A RIADENIE ĽUDSKÝCH ZDROJOV V IKT SEKTORE(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline, 2016) Strenitzerová, MarianaThe ICT sector is one of the most dynamic sectors in the European Union. It represents a significant proportion of gross domestic product and employment in the EU. For this sector are typical high level of entry qualification (academic education) and together a high level of maintained qualification, skills and knowledge, standards and norms. It follows that at this sector it should be put high emphasis especially to the human resource management and personnel policy. Contribution was collected by analyzing the labor market in the ICT sector. The accent is mainly oriented to the using of new trends in recruiting of qualified personnel (e.g. interest of graduates in ICT sector, HR marketing), economic aspect of personal work (e. g. human resource controlling) and in applying the strategic management principles of human resource activities in ICT companies.Item POZITÍVNA FLEXIBILIZÁCIA PRÁCE V PROSTREDÍ ELEKTRONICKÉHO OBCHODU(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline, 2015) Ďugelová, Monika; Strenitzerová, MarianaFlexible work arrangements reduce stress because employees working flexibly are more satisfied with their jobs and experience better work-family balance. An e-commerce is a perfect sector for implementation of flexible working options according to main characteristics and the specifications. In the paper we propose the process of this implementation and using of flexible work options in e-commerce.Item SUSTAINABLE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN THE POSTAL SECTOR – EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT(University of Zilina, 2020) Strenitzerová, Mariana; Štalmachová, KatarínaThe postal sector has a leading position and many innovations in global corporate sustainability. Thanks to the success of the Environmental Measurement and Monitoring System (EMMS), the sector is considered a pioneer in carbon management. In order to maintain this position, the program must extend and align its program and goals with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). 19 postal companies, as program stakeholders, launched the next phase of the program - The Sustainability Measurement and Management System (SMMS). In response, many postal companies have already set strategies and started working on topics that support sustainable development goals. The paper presents best practices of postal companies in meeting the sustainable development goals.Item ROZDIELY V MOTIVÁCII ZAMESTNANCOV Z HĽADISKA POHLAVIA(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline, 2020) Štalmachová, Katarína; Strenitzerová, MarianaThe paper deals with the identification of differences in motivation in terms of their gender in a selected group of employees of self-government in Slovakia, among whom the primary research was conducted by electronic questioning. The data were processed using a factor analysis. The aim of the paper is to find out what are the differences in motivation of men and women and to describe these differences.
