Item Analýza rizík prevádzky UAS v osobitej kategórii(University of Žilina, 2024) Hruška, Dávid; Bugaj, MartinThe rapid development of drone technology brings a wide range of opportunities in various sectors, but the integration of drones into urban environments requires a careful assessment of ground risks. This thesis explores the challenges and solutions of risk assessment in Žilina. The thesis uses the SORA (Specific Operations Risk Assessment) methodology and analyses available population density data and city maps. The analysis shows that the operation of UAS in Žilina is associated with different degrees of ground risks, which vary depending on the location and type of operation. The densely populated city centre poses the highest risk. Responsible operation of UAS requires a comprehensive approach to risk management that includes precise route planning, risk mitigation strategies and use of data.Item U-Space v podmienkach slovenskej republiky(University of Žilina, 2024) Bejdáková, Natália; Pecho, PavolUnmanned aerial vehicles are a dynamically developing industry. With the increasing number of remotely piloted aircraft, emphasis is being placed on ensuring safe operation in shared airspace with manned aircraft. In the countries of the European Union, including Slovakia, the concept of U-Space is gradually being implemented. The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the current situation in the operation of unmanned aircraft, current legislation, operation rules, and implementation of the U-Space concept in Slovakia. Attention is being concentrated on explaining the concept of U-Space and defining the services, including the responsibilities and obligations of the entities present in this system. The thesis proposes a set of possible implementation solutions to ensure more efficient and faster development in Slovakia. Based on relevant proposals, specific examples of how the situation would change after the implementation of the selected proposals are pointed out. An analysis of the findings based on collected data from the questionnaire is given to determine the level of awareness of the U-Space concept and the improvement of the educational situation in Slovakia. Finally, the technical and economic aspects of U-Space implementation are being evaluated and possible pros and drawbacks are identified.Item Options for use of unmanned aerial systems in fire and rescue services(University of Zilina, 2021) Poljak, Matúš; Kandera, BranislavThis paper deals with the issue of the possibility of using unmanned aerial vehicles in fire and rescue services in several common problematic situations in which these rescue units operate. In the introductory chapter, the work defines factual terms and definitions related to the categorization of unmanned aerial vehicles in connection with the active legislation of the Slovak Republic and chronologically describes their historical development. Subsequently, it analyzes the current state of the issue in the Slovak Republic, and then compares it with the state of use of unmanned aerial vehicles in rescue services of the same purpose abroad. The main task of this work is to design and evaluate a possible solution to this issue. Other goals of this work include the creation of a theoretical base, which can be used for the practical application of the proposed solutions for the use of unmanned aerial vehicles of fire and rescue servicesItem Anti-collision systems of unmanned aerial vehicles(University of Zilina, 2021) Višnai, Kristián; Kandera, BranislavThe main goal of the paper is to summarize the knowledge about anti-collision systems of unmanned aerial vehicles. In the work are also described currenly used anti-collision systems of unmanned aerial vehicles. The work contains practical research in which we tested anti-collision systems of DJI Mavic 2 Pro. The purpose of the research was to find out how this unmanned aerial vehicle can avoid static obstacles. The second part of practical research is the analysis and comparison of systems that provide anti-collision actvity between unmanned aerial vehicle and aircraft in the vicinity. Part of the work is also the evaluation and selection of a cooperative anti-collision system for DJI Inspire 2. The conclusion of the papercontains a summary of the findings that we have obtained based on the analysis of available facts and using operational experience.Item ANALÝZA AKTUÁLNYCH TRENDOV URČUJÚCICH SMER VÝVOJA BEZPILOTNÝCH PROSTRIEDKOV V CIVILNOM LETECTVE(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline, 2020) Butuk, Yosef; Ažaltovič, ViliamThis paper describes the current situation in the field of flying unmanned aircraft. It characterizes the legislative conditions in the Slovak Republic and the European Union and the areas of use of unmanned aerial vehicles. The main objective of the work is to analyze current trends that may affect the development of unmanned aircraft in civil aviation. The work also includes innovations in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles that could be implemented in the future. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis summarizes the results of the current analysis and predicting the future development of UAVs.
