    Vplyv striedavého namáhania na zmenu teploty vzduchu v pružnom pneumatickom elemente

    Rubber as a material is one of the frequently used materials in mechanical engineering. This article deals with rubber, or flexible pneumatic elements, the main part of which is rubber. We determine the effect of alternating stress on the temperature change in the flexible pneumatic element under this variable load. We describe a device that serves this purpose. This device was designed and manufactured in our department. We also determine the effect of the air pressure of the flexible element on the temperature of the air and the temperature of the flexible elements. We need to find out the magnitude of these temperatures so that we can determine whether these flexible elements can work without significant negative changes in physical properties.

    Vyladenie mechanickej sústavy pohonu piestového kompresora z hľadiska veľkosti torzného kmitania

    One of possible ways to change the amount of compressed air delivered by a piston compressor is to change its operating speed. However, it can cause an improper tuning of the mechanical system of piston compressor drive in terms of torsional dynamics. In order to avoid excessive torsional vibration, a suitable pneumatic flexible shaft coupling can be used in the system. An optimum air pressure value in a pneumatic coupling was determined experimentally for three various operating modes of an experimental mechanical system of piston compressor drive.

    Hodnotenie zmeny mikrogeometrie kovového povrchu vzhľadom na aplikačnú dobu fosfátovania

    The contribution is focused on the analysis of the microgeometry of metal surfaces after applying a conversion layer using phosphating. The types of basic materials used in the experiment are uncoated deep drawn steel DC04 and hot-dip galvanized microalloy steel HX340LAD+Z. During the application of the conversion layer, the changes of the microgeometry parameters of the surfaces were studied with respect to the phosphating time, which was 3, 5 and 10 minutes. The paper also deals with the statistical evaluation of roughness parameters of pre-treated surfaces. The achieved results provide information for other technological operations such as the creation of adhesive joints, where the correct anchoring of the adhesive is important for the load-bearing capacity of the joints.

    Návrh koľajového adaptéra typu guma-koľajnica pre ľahké nákladné vozidlo

    The article is focused on design of a tyre-rail adapter to be mounted on a light road-rail vehicle. The novelty of the design consists in its possibility to change the wheelbase of the vehicle axles for different railway tracks gauges. Then, the considered light vehicle could fulfil various working tasks in a country, where more railway tracks gauges occur. The modified vehicle is a light lorry, which is intended to be used as a versatile and utility vehicle for maintenance purposes and repairing purposes.

    Konštrukcia pružného kolesa harmonického prevodu

    Flexspline is one of the most important components of harmonic drive. Flexspline is very adversely stressed during operation. In essence, stresses from deformation by the generator, stresses from the transmitted load and local stresses from the bending of the teeth in the tooth gaps act in it. Flexspline is radially flexible, but torsionally very stiff. When the wave generator is inserted into the Flexspline, the gear takes on its elliptical shape. When designing a flexible wheel, it is very important to determine and correctly choose its geometric properties.

    Materiály s vysokou teplotou tavenia využívané v práškovej metalurgii

    Metals with a high melting point are frequently used materials in technical practice. Their fundamental advantage over other metal materials is their higher melting temperature, which exceeds the melting temperature of iron. Thanks to this physical property, such metals and their alloys can be used in environments where the components are subject to high thermal stress.

    Vplyv tvaru telesa na deformáciu čelného ozubenia

    The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of the basic parameters of the body of the spur gear on the deformation of the teeth in meshing. The problem is solved for spur gears of large dimensions, the semi finished product of which can be a weldment, casting or forging. Gear deformations are determined by the finite element method. Examples of simulation and subsequent processing of the results demonstrate the extent of the influence of individual parameters of the gear body on the deformation of the gearing. At the same time, the results point to suitable designs of shape and dimensions to achieve the desired deformation of the teeth but with the smallest possible weight of the gears.

    Aplikácia solenoidu pri magnetickom tvárnení

    In the contribution, the theoretical part points out the known starting points for calculating the inductance of a long cylindrical coil. In the practical part, the method of application of magnetic forming in the production of tins in lead samples is presented. The results confirm the correctness of the hypothesis.
