    FOTOBANKY – ONLINE PREDAJ OBSAHU AKO ZDROJ POTENCIÁLNEHO PRÍJMU

    Due to the development of information and communication technologies is also developing the e-commerce. The e-commerce market is expanding its borders with new opportunities. One of these options is trading with visual and audio content via photobanks, which provide an interesting opportunity for content creators to earn revenue from selling their content. The article presents the experiences of content authors, offering their works through photobanks, with the system of functioning of these virtual content storage, as well as their experience in earning revenue from this activity. The article also captures their recommendations for best practice in this area.

    Franchising is an arrangement in which the franchisor gives the franchisee the right to distribute and sell the franchisor’s goods or services and use its business name and business model for a specified period, and possibly covering a geographical area. The postal market is known for the arrival of franchise holders too, but there are certain benefits and disadvantages for the franchisor and the franchisee. The aim of the paper is to identify the benefits (possibilities) and risks (disadvantages) for the postal operator in the position of “franchisor”.

    According to some opinions, print media are currently retreating, mainly because of the increased impact of the Internet. Nevertheless, the print media has not completely disappeared from the market. The internet version of newspapers, journals and magazines thus represents a certain substitution or competition. The primary goal of this paper is to compare the two media tips while identifying the advantages and disadvantages of each, the main differences between them.

    K PROBLEMATIKE TVORBY INOVÁCIÍ V POŠTOVOM SEKTORE

    The paper deals with the application of innovations in the postal sector, where significant changes have been taking place for a long time. Through innovations, postal companies seek to gain a competitive advantage on the postal market, respond to customer demands and even create their previously unknown needs. An important part of the management of the innovation process is the identification of the elements of the innovation climate, the driving and braking forces of innovation and, last but not least, the adopted innovation strategy, which underpins all innovation processes in postal enterprises. The aim of the paper is to analyze in general the state of innovation potential in the postal sector, with an emphasis on the traditional area of letter-post items and to understand the barriers of postal operators they encounter in their efforts to innovate. There are several analytical studies on this topic in the world. The paper is based on secondary research aimed at excerpting the results of recent studies in this area.

    Feedback based on measuring and evaluating the functionality and performance of the activities and processes implemented must be part of any successful strategy. It is not enough to evaluate only the financial performance of the company, but it is necessary to use a more sophisticated system. The aim of the paper is to propose a system of performance evaluation of a selected company based on the segmentation of customers according to their value for the company and the proposed CRM strategy.

    ANALÝZA TRHU PRÁCE SR V KONTEXTE AGE MANAGEMENTU A PREDPOKLADY JEHO ĎALŠIEHO VÝVOJA

    The article deals with the analysis of selected statistical indicators of the labour market, namely the employment rate of the 55+ age group and the number of working-age workers in the Slovak Republic. The aging population and labour shortages in the labour market force employers to address the diversity of the age structure of their current as well as potential employees. A properly designed age management system can give organizations a competitive advantage in times of labour shortage. In addition to reducing the financial cost of absenteeism and employee turnover, it will also contribute to increasing employee motivation and performance and improving the overall functioning of processes within the organization. The paper points to changes related to the demographic development of society and its aim is to predict possible development of selected labour market indicators.

    Franchising is a proven method of earning money, which is now successfully used entrepreneurs in various industries around the world. This also applies for the postal sector. The paper deals with the issue of franchising on the postal market in the Czech Republic. At present, the Czech Republic has the densest postal network in Europe in terms of size and accessibility in terms of population. It is also one of the countries with the lowest share of Partner posts, representing 14.5%.
