The article deals with securing access to the public postal network in connection
with the requirements of the interoperability of the technological postal systems.
It is important to create standards and rules for the smooth flow of shipments not only in
domestic, but primarily in cross-border mail services. This is due to customer requirements
from the growing B2C e-commerce market.
